A few years ago I embarked on a project where I crafted 100 copper bowls for a show I was a part of called “Words, Worn Well”. It was a journey I went on with my art that forever changed me and the way I approach my work.

I have decided to offer custom handcrafted copper bowls with meaningful words for you.
I am open to intuitively choosing words for you or having you send me words you love.

These bowls have a healing and soulful energy. They fit in the palm of your hand and can be held while meditating, placed within a home altar, or be apart of your home anywhere you decide. They are a beautiful place to hold ideas, thoughts, grief, hopes, beauty, inspiration and words of wisdom.

Each bowl is unique, there may be a fold in the copper… the patina will differ as will the size and shape.
The bowls are about 2.5” - 3” in diameter & 3/4”- 1" tall. Please send me a message if you have any questions or thoughts about what you might like.

I can hand stamp one special word or up to about 25 words…. It could be a thought, a part of a poem, a feeling that you need to express.

Bowls have been a part of human culture for thousands of years.
When I think of the meaning of a bowl to me here is what comes up ::

A place to hold space,
Ideas,
Objects,
Sacred thoughts.

A nest.

A place to receive.

♥Care Instructions

Most of my jewelry is oxidized sterling silver with a brushed, sanded, matte finish. To keep this patina over the long haul you can use fine steel wool or 600 grit sandpaper to "scrub it" or clean it. You can also use a polishing cloth to shine it up a bit as it naturally tarnishes (I recommend "Sunshine" brand). For long term storage, wash it with a little bit of dish soap and a soft toothbrush (to get rid of any oil from your skin) and put it in a sealed plastic baggie.

I normally ship 1 to 2 days after purchase unless notated in the listing.
